White Flame Communication LLC and www.whiteflamecommunication.com reserves the right to refuse service before and during sessions, workshops, and courses, and will not give refunds.

Animal Communication, Intuitive, and Spirit Guide Readings

No refunds will be given.

Scheduled reading times are reserved exclusively for the person that scheduled the reading, unless otherwise previously agreed upon by White Flame Communication LLC.

As a courtesy to White Flame Communication LLC staff and clients, please give a 24 hours minimum notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your reading. Missed and cancelled readings will not be given a refund.

If a client is late more than 15 minutes to the readings scheduled start time your reading will be considered “missed” and no refund will be issued.

White Flame Communication LLC will not provide refunds for missed sessions due to client scheduling errors, malfunctioning client phones/hardware or client equipment issues, client’s non-acceptance of Zoom contact (when Zoom required for a session), and other situations beyond White Flame Communication LLC control.

It is the client’s responsibility to be aware of the agreed session time.

Courses, workshops, and teachings.

No refunds will be given.

Animal Reiki Sessions

No refunds will be given.

Although Reiki can be beneficial to supporting the body's natural self-healing abilities, no Reiki practitioner can guarantee a cure or improved quality of life for any animal or human. We do not diagnose, prescribe, or treat any medical or mental health condition. Reiki, Animal Reiki, and/or animal communication are not a replacement for qualified medical/veterinary care and training.
